5 simple ways to BE healthy

1. Cut out foods. This has to be one of the most popular ways to eat better. Instead of eating chips, drinking soda, and eating a lot of candy, eat healthier things instead such as fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.You can redo your entire refrigerator to shape it to be more healthy.You can start shopping at different places such as farmers markets or even start growing your own foods.There are plenty ways to shape the way you eat differently.

2.Drink more water. Water flushes the toxins out of your body which means when you drink water all that bad stuff that isn't suppose to be in your body leaves. You should do the same as before, cut back on the drinks that you know are not healthy for you and drink that bottle of water instead. You don't even have to drink plain water put some fresh fruits and vegetables in there and make it taste delicious.

3.Eat slower. It takes a while for your brain to process certain things, one of those things is eating. So when you eat slower your brain tells you you're full. You feel full and all that good stuff but the thing about it is you don't eat as much as you would have if you would eaten faster which means your not eating those large sized meals anymore.

4.Read the food label.Reading the back first can get help you get the right nutrients instead of all those artificial things and chemicals.Reading the food label can also help you compare different items to get the healthier choice.You can reduce the amount of fat, sugar, and cholesterol and get more vitamins, fiber, and protein.You have to be careful with sugar though, they put all different kinds of fancy names to cover it up. A lot of food companies put those fancy words to fool you, some examples of those are Anhydrous dextrose, brown sugar, cane crystals, cane sugar, corn sweetener, corn syrup, corn syrup solids, crystal dextrose, evaporated cane juice, fructose sweetener, fruit juice concentrates, high-fructose corn syrup, honey, liquid fructose, malt syrup, maple syrup, molasses, pancake syrup, raw sugar, syrup and white sugar. All of these are the same as sugar.

5.No midnight snacks.When you late night snack and you've already eaten your body is still processing what you already ate.That late night snack that you eat and then lay down with will just sit in your stomach and be turned into fat. It turns into fat because when you're sleep you aren't doing anything active therefore you aren't burning any of those calories.
